chamber.

from the upper right corner. Remove the drill by continuing to twist in a clockwise
direction and pulling upward at the same time. Brush any plastic burrs off the cartridge
surface.

the liquid chamber is filled to just below the fill hole.

filled to just below fill hole or ink just starts to enter air vent chamber at lower right
corner of cartridge.

port. When dripping stops shake cartridge, several more drops of ink may come out. Your
refilled cartridge is now ready for use.
SUBSEQUENT REFILL PROCEDURE:
- Peel the fill hole seal off and dispose of it.
- Proceed to steps 5 through 11 above.
IMPORTANT! It is essential that the fill hole seal be air
tight.*Test for a good seal by turning the cartridge so that the ink port faces down.
Several drops of ink should drip from the ink port. Turn the ink port upward and then
downward several more times. Maximum of 5 or 6 drops of ink should drip from the ink port.
If ink continues to drip it indicates that the fill hole is not sealed properly. A new
adhesive seal must be applied after making sure seal area surface is thoroughly dry.
