notes:

1. CitiROM does not draw any power from the notebook computer based on the following studies:

2. Detachable cable has benefits of easy carrying. Card can be inserted at any time. Only attach the peripheral and cable at the time they are needed. 3. CitiROM has flexible IO ranges and IRQ number capabilities built-in. Easily adapt into any system with PCMCIA slots. No re-configuring the system setting. Hot insertion/removal circuitry is also designed in to minimize the power transients from the insertion and removal. 4. Sonic welding is the newest PCMCIA frame kit finishing technology. CitiROM is one of the first companies to adopt this technology. Users are incapable of peeling off the steel frame, the PC board inside is very well protected. 5. A 25-twisted pair with ground cable is used to reduce the crosstalks between signals. This is very important for Hard Disk Drives and certain name brand CD-ROM drives.
